2022 Chevy Silverado ZR2 Preview

On September 9th, 2021, Chevy announced the 2022 lineup for their iconic Silverado pickup truck, with a surprising all-new addition in the form of the off-road ZR2 trim. This trim level is a first for the Silverado lineup, and will focus on specs and features designed to maximize off-road power. The Chevy Silverado ZR2 price is not known at this point-although it’s expected that it will match or exceed the High Country MSRP of $55,000-but Tom Gill Chevrolet will keep you updated as soon as we learn more. Chevy Silverado ZR2 Specs & Highlights
While we don’t know details yet about the Chevy Silverado release date or price, we do know some key information about this forthcoming pickup’s specs and features. As the first of its kind, the Silverado ZR2 is designed to stand out from the rest of the Chevy lineup. It features a massive off-road front bumper with a 31-degree approach angle, 33-inch Goodyear Wrangler Territory® Mud Terrain tires, a black chrome grille with accent lighting, and underbody aluminum skid plates to maximize off-road protection. Every inch of the 2022 Silverado ZR2 has been designed to be equal parts sleek, aggressive, and powerful. Whether you’re hauling serious cargo, going on an off-road adventure, or just making your daily Covington commute, the Silverado ZR2 will more than meet the challenge.
